The UH'mazing Race Organizational Meeting

Partnerships in Community Living (PCL) will be holding the second annual UH'mazing race on April 13. They have asked us to furnish photographers for the event, which will take place at various spots around Marion County.
This meeting will cover several operational details for the day such as times, locations and exactly how the shoot will be organized. There are still some factors to be decided so your input is needed.

Jessica, yes this is a volunteer gig. We will be furnishing photos for the organizations to use to promote future events. It's my understanding that the photographer will be credited but I'll follow up on that to make sure.
Doug, Chris and Julie, if you can't make it but still want to help I'll make sure you get all the information you need.

Your organizer will refund you if:
- A balance of the groups money will refunded through an even payment to the group members, based on length of membership if the group is disbanded.
