Ryan - Thank you for the nice note. It really was not a big deal. I undersrtand the nature of competition and getting lost in what one is doing. It was just a bit different than what I expected. No worries and no offense taken. I felt I was simply making an observation about the dynamic about the group based on one interaction. I am sure everyone is very nice and welcoming.
