Here’s how we define skeptic: Someone who bases conclusions on evidence, rather than on the likes of intuition, dogma, or tradition.
Join us for Drinking Skeptically on the second Tuesday of each month. We straggle in between 7 and 7:30, push tables together, and let conversations burst forth and take off. It may sound like utter confusion. In pretty much is. It’s also a surprisingly enjoyable evening with like-minded people.
DAY AND TIME: Second Tuesday of the month, 7-ish p.m. till 9:30-ish.
WHERE: Fiddler’s Elbow, 1063 East 2100 South, Salt Lake City [masked]). Must be over 21 or over, ID required. They are strict about that.
FOOD AND DRINK: There’s a full menu, but ordering is optional. Enjoying one another’s company is mandatory.
PROGRAM: Don’t be ridiculous. We sit down, we open our mouths (usually all at once), and let chaos reign.
