Conversational Spanish Immersion

In this Tuesday night group we practice conversing in Spanish, and we use little or no English.  Thus, this group is primarily for those who want an immersion experience.

It was very good. It's just a little getting back home due to the bus schedules.

Hi Jenny, Sorry, I just got home and saw your email. We've had kids attend before and it has generally been fine :] Just to be sure you understand, our group is not a class, it's an opportunity for people who already speak Spanish to get together and chat. Advanced skills are NOT necessary, but high beginner to an intermediate level of ability is the most conducive to a good experience. Thanks for checking into the group!

Hello! I am going to be leading a field school in Costa Rica this summer and desperately need to practice conversational spanish. However, I am also a single mom...

Is this location kid-friendly? Would there be something for my 5-year old daughter to do? If not, it seems like a small group. Would you ever be willing to meet at the community room of my apartment complex?

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
