Well it will still have to be a mutual agreement for a gather such as that....we could probably plan a lunch or dinner gathering just to get acquainted and then progress from there.....just putting some things out there :) not sure if there will be enough to attend on Labor Day..Any suggestions?

Sorry group I have been traveling so much I did not have time to get all this planned. I think a picnic would be great for us but I am very concerned about the heat index. On the other hand we are actually called for having rain that day. So its either going to be killer hot or raining. What would you think of having a pot luck in a few weeks on a Sunday afternoon. I leave next week to teach in San Franciso but will be for a few weeks before I fly out again.
