Was raised Southern Baptist. Did a 5 year stint as a Catholic in my 20's. Educated myself out of it. Now I think we should try to make our one and only life the best that we can. And maybe The Venus Project is the best way to reach that end.

the fun ones.
It is so great to be among other atheists. the occasional joke making fun of religion is priceless!
Matt, glad to have another freethinker in our group interested in helping others. Welcome to Humanity On Call.
Hey Matt, it was nice meeting you today. What is the name of your website again (I forgot)?
hey I'm looking to meet more ppl who consider themselves atheist or agnostic and still live highly moral lives. I want to meet people like myself around my age, who live like this despite today's society, as I currently don't know anyone :/. I'm 19. If this fits your description message me!
Hey Matt-- Just wanted to say it was good to see you at Monday Mises the other night. I hope you enjoyed it and will come again. Oh yeah, and if you didn't get the book Jesse referred to in his earlier greeting, which was also the subject of Monday's meeting (Economics in One Lesson), please be sure to mention it next time, ok?
Let me know if you want to do some night gaming?
I am hoping that this new meetup format has not interfered with my attempt to get out the word about the Sam Singleton Atheist Evangelist Shows in San Diego. PATRIARCHS AND PENISES is TONIGHT Feb 17 at Cafe Libertalia. Another, IF THE OCEAN WAS WHISKEY AND GOD WAS A DUCK on Sunday Feb 20 at Joyce Beers Community Center.
These are both very funny shows that have played in over 65 cities around the country.
More info and tickets at www.samsingleton.com
Come on out to the show!
This video is seriously full of economic fallacies.
Please take a look at the Mises site, or better yet, come to the Monday Mises meetings and I can give you a book, "economics in one lesson."
Hi Matt-- Thanks very much for the video. I think I've seen parts of it before, but I'll take a more intentional look at it.
