Re: [atheists-518] Events that appeal to atheist women

Hiya, Katherine.

None of the things mentioned are events I would enjoy, but I have to admit that the only group meetup that I've managed to make was the women-only night at Extraordinary Desserts, and it wasn't because of the chocolate.? It was a group of smart, strong women.? I had a great time and like your idea of things like this if it doesn't cause a problem for the group as a whole.??

Did we discuss anything besides a book club that night?? Is anybody interested in classes of some sort?? Glass fusing?? Metalsmithing?? Or what?? Maybe just another meetup at Extraordinary Desserts to brainstorm?

Hi atheist women out there,

Help me think of some events that will appeal to the feminine half of this group. Some events that have been suggested so far have been scrap booking, felting, a clothing and jewelry swap and a cupcake or ice cream social.

I realize that any woman who has joined this group isn't exactly typical, so I don't expect typical suggestions from the women of this group. :)
