Sat, June 13th - Pizza Port's 12th Annual Real Ale Festival!

I wil be out of town otherwise I wouldn't miss this. Sean will be hosting and if Megan gets over her cold, she will also be there. Sean will be wearing a black Rock Bottom t-shirt and will also wear beads so you can find him.

Pizza Port is famous for their beer festivals. It's a small size festival but lots of people who travel from various parts of the South West because they truly provide the best and rarest beers from around the world.

The festival goes from 11am to 11pm.

They will have the most amazing selection of over 60 beers served from casks in the traditional style! It's a great way to get educated while having too much fun!

HOW MUCH: $25 to get in which includes a commemorative glass and 8 taster tickets. Only $1 for each additional 4 ounce taste once you’re inside the festival! Tickets are only available at the door for this the day of the festival!

Adjacent to Pizza Port Carlsbad located at 571 Carlsbad Village Dr just 1/2 mile West of I-5 in the Village of Carlsbad.

      “ Got there around 3pm and was a bit crowded, shortly after, a couple of the beers were already out..that was disappointing. The crowded thing was an issue, fire hazzard! And then when someone puked...no where to go. Over all we had a great time because there are always other great beers to try. The price was right and great glasses to take home. I liked that you could use 2 tickets at a time. Met some new friends and saw some old ones. Overall, we has a blast and will put it on the calendar for next year! Good job! ”
