Hello SD Beer Club!

It's time for one of our favorite festivals again! Pizza Port, big winners at GABF (the Great American Beer Festival held annually in Denver), are once again holding their 13th annual Strong Ale Festival! It's held in the patio right next to the Pizza Port restaurant and they always have the best beers to choose from. Stuff you've never had before!

Adrienne will be hosting the Friday event (I am hosting the Saturday event which is posted separately).

4pm-11pm Friday December 4th or VIP starting early at 1pm that Friday

Adrienne will be there by 1pm for the VIP event.

There will be over 75 beers over 8% alcohol on tap & some cask conditioned ales!

Friday - $30 gets you admission into the festival with eight taster tickets, each good for one 4 ounce pour (with additional tastes $1 each), a commemorative logo glass, and the official Strong Ale Festival Program to guide you through BEER WONDERLAND! Tix are first come first served and the line does start forming early. If you get there late, sometimes you wait in line for an hour or longer before they let you in because they have to wait for people to leave. And many times they run out of the popular beers.

Friday - $40 VIP admission gets you into the festival at 1 pm on Friday to enjoy some early tapping of the beers with limited ticket sales plus everything else listed above. The VIP tickets are sold in advance and I recommend ordering them ASAP. Click on the link below for ticket info.

You can pay by cash at the gate and by credit card by going into the Pizza Port restaurant.

How about some Great local beers and Pizza?? Currently 26 local choices+ Others on draft will include, several Seasonal/Wintery Drafts.

Some of the Seasonal choices will include- Coronado Brewing Company- Red Devil; Green Flash- Coffee Stout; Karl Strauss- Full Suit Belgian Style Brown Ale; Stone- Double Bastard+ 2 others to be announced will be $2.50 per pint, and food/pizza will be discounted 10%, thanks to owner and fellow beer Clubber-Nima Abrahim.

Actually ALL SD BEERS ON DRAFT WILL BE $2.50 DURING OUR EVENT!!! Whoop!
