Twice a month, get tips, insights, strategies and support. There will be group sharing, Q&A, topics and specific counseling guidance. Group meets for 90 minutes. Some nights could last longer.

This group is led by author and former radio host Alice Greene, who is an eating and exercise counselor specializing in emotional eating.
