Climate Chat: How to cook a planet, or not: Diet for a hot planet

Join SanDiego350.org for a “Climate Chat” on the relationship between food and climate. Climate Chats are informal gatherings to share information about climate change and provide diverse opportunities to discuss and work with the information in small groups.

This Climate Chat centers on an area that is within our individual control – what we eat. SanDiego350.org will present information gathered from various, recent studies that will help us look at the contributing factors to climate change, how food production, transportation, storage and consumption fit into the picture, and what each of us can do about it. The event will include a presentation, group activities, and plenty of time for discussion.
