This FREE class is open to anyone interested in learning to meditate. It is designed for those new to meditation, but anyone wishing to learn helpful meditative techniques to add to their current practice is absolutely welcome!

This one hour class begins promptly at 7:00 pm, so please arrive on time. The room's capacity per People's Market's guidelines is 19. So that is 18 + me. I encourage you to arrive early to secure your spot!
Please do not park in the People's Market parking lot. This is at the request of the store. Although you will have time to shop before and after the class, it is a small parking lot and we don't want to interfere with others being able to park while we are meditating. Please allow 15 extra minutes for parking, just in case. There is free street parking on all of the side streets. It can be busy around that time, but if you allow some extra time you should be able to find parking within walking distance. It is also right on the bus line if you use public transportation.
