Explore mindfulness meditation in a relaxed setting at New Mindful Life.
This class a weekly drop-in for people who are looking to practice mindfulness meditation and engage in dialogue about bringing mindfulness into every day life.
This class will be offered every Sunday from 5-6 pm, and will consist of a 30-40 minute meditation that is followed by a dialogue/inquiry to the arisings from practice. A theme or contemplation for practice will be offered during the meditation that then is followed by an opportunity to more deeply integrate the insights from practice into everyday living.
This class is donation based. A $10 donation for attending is encouraged.
