I hope to learn techniques on decreasing my stress and anxiety levels. I also want to learn how to quiet my mind to focus on what's going on here and now. Adjust to become aware of what is going on around me and learn to accept what i can and cannot control. Possibly hope to become more accepting of who i am and what i can do aka more confidence. Maybe even discover things i didn't know about myself. Basically your entire "we're about" portion on your meet up page haha.
