Hi everyone! A newbie-beginner mountain bike ride. We'll do a review of some basic mountain biking skills such as climbing, cornering, and pressure control as well as basic mountain bike tuneup. Then we'll practice on a 9 to 10 mile mountain bike ride, climbing up the powerline fire road, then riding down the cobbles down hill single track, then head back to the cars. Beginner speed will be between 7 and 8 miles per hour.
Mountain Biking can be dangerous and cause serious bodily injury or even possibly death. The organizers of this group and it's members will not be held responsible for the actions of any participant at any event either in whole or in part. Each rider attends an event at their own risk and is solely responsible for any damage to their equipment or themselves.
