Do you have any general mountain biking tips?

I recently invested in a new helmet. Maybe it will make me smarter.

Do you use: 1. Clipless (Snap in shoe/pedal), or 2. Clip on pedals (Toe strap), or 3. Platform (Regular pedals)?

Regular ol' pedals.

Make and model of your bike?

ProCycle. Old school mountain bike. Heavy but durable. Even sports a cool little bell on the handlebars!

How many years riding experience do you have on a bike (Any type: MTN, Road, BMX ect.)?

More than I'd care to count. Started out with training wheels at an early age.

Where do you usually mountain bike?

Miramar Lake & Penasquitos Reserve or wherever the road goes.
