Introduction

I like to ride whenever I can but unfortunately it ends up being most weekends only due to my work. I prefer early morning or evening/night rides.

Do you have any general mountain biking tips?

Pain is temporary. The accomplishment will last for ever.

Do you use: 1. Clipless (Snap in shoe/pedal), or 2. Clip on pedals (Toe strap), or 3. Platform (Regular pedals)?
