The Museum of Photographic Arts will be participating in One Day in San Diego this Saturday and we want to invite you all to join us. One Day in San Diego is a film project aimed at documenting our city on one specific day, April 26th, with a view toward the future. Film makers all over the city will be shooting to contribute to the project.
As a photographic arts museum, MOPA wants to showcase the photographers that possess a unique view of San Diego. We encourage you to get up on Saturday and go shoot (still photos) something that represents San Diego to you personally. Then come to MOPA between noon and 4:00 pm to be interviewed for the One Day in SD documentary. The interview will be short and focus on what the picture you choose means to you, how it represents San Diego and what is says about the future of the city.
There are no guarantees, but some of the footage may make it into the documentary, while others will be shared through MOPA's digital channels. Interviews will be done on a first-come-first-served basis and the hope is to get a broad view of the city and its future.

We look forward to seeing you and your unique perspective on our home town this Saturday, April 26th.
