What photo equipment do you shoot with and do you have a website to share?
In late March of 2006 I finally made the jump from a Nikon 6006 35mm camera to my first digital SLR, a Nikon D70s!
Favorite travel locations you've been to or would like to visit?
I've been in 48 states and 6 Canadian provinces. My favorite place to visit is beautiful Catalina Island. I want to see Ireland someday soon.
What are you hoping to get out of this group? (Be as descriptive as you'd like)

Do you like to explore new places and meet new people? (Be as descriptive as you'd like)
In the 1970s I bought 30-day Greyhound Bus passes four years in a row and explored the USA and Canada all by myself, meeting all sorts of interesting people! I still like to get out and go somewhere new from time to time.
Who are your favorite photographers?
The late, great, local portrait photographer Victor Avila taught me tons about composition in the early 1980s, during the two years we worked together while I was the yearbook adviser for the Academy of Our Lady of Peace in Normal Heights.
