I travel a lot. Just finishing on a 7 month trip. I take a lot of photos. About 10,000 on this trip from a compact camera. Looking for a compact mirror-less light camera with a large sensor. The best quality images for my price range. I also want a telephoto lens.

I am going to take one last 6-12 month trip.

here is My budget is $500-$1500. I am leaning towards spending $500-$1000 though.

Here is the list of camera's I am considering:

SONY NEX 5R $500 with 55 mm lens $350 for telephoto $900 Karl zeiss lens good 55mm $300
SONY NEX 7 $1100 or $1500 for package deal. Telephoto and 55 mm.
Canon EOS 70D New feature that NEX does not have and new camara got great reviews. Same price as NEX7.
Fuji film x100s
Fujifilm x-m1

lens:
Great prime lens: Sony 50mm f/1.8 Mid-

Range Lens for Sony E Mount Nex Cameras

Great telescope lense: Sony 70-200mm F2.8 G Lens Review

What is your thoughts? Any opinions on what lens and camera. i am thinking Fujifilm or sony. But there lenses are ok. canon D70 might be best. But it is a heavy camera.
