Sadly, the Feds watch this group. They have for several years. When I wanted to explore the former USAF facility atop Mt Stevens, they set up a dragnet. Stupid me. Solutions? Communicate in code? Have more face to face meetings?

hahahaha Wow, I had no Idea =P It adds a element of danger to our hikes LOL How exciting!

Yeah I would say use I2p or freenet for mission sensitive communications.

Hey, I've been to Hellhole canyon many years ago. . If it is the same one i am thinking of.. Lots of switch backs going down from the rim of the canyon on narrow trails. stream at the bottom. Cow flops everywhere

That's retarded. People go (or did go) out to the Mt Laguna airforce station all the time. It's not exactly hard to find, there's a big white radome advertising its location. I remember when I went to Sycamore canyon last time I said I was going and when, and never heard anything, but it's not a site that paranoics would care about.

Weren't u the one that got us on the "radar"? Popping out of the tunnels and frightening those poor tourists? Which reminds me, you need to lead another draining trip.

I wasn't on that trip. Yes, now that the rains are over for the most part, this is the perfect time for draining, while the water is still clean and the weather/water is warm enough

The old-timers disease must be kicking in. Who lead that one? Just yesterday on my hike I was was telling people of the great Dr Dive and his run-in with the harbor police. Anyway, a draining trip would be cool.
