Some Like it Hot,[masked] minutes
Billy Wilder’s gender-bending farce has Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon as two musicians on the run after witnessing a mob hit, disguising themselves as women in an all-girl jazz band. Along with Marilyn Monroe and Joe E. Brown.
I will be making a seat reservation this week on Thursday morning, I can make others' too (and I might get the $2.00 extra fee waived, but it's not a guarantee), but you must reconfirm Saturday morning by 10:30am, or I will cancel your RSVP for you.
Doors open at 6:00 pm; Film begins at 8:00pm
AT THEATER - seats can be reserved at the box office on Thursdays at 6pm for all movies showing that weekend.
ONLINE - each week reservations open on Monday 9am for members and on Thursday 9am for non-members.
A credit card holds your seat. There is a $2.00 fee per seat reserved online.
Online reservations close at 5pm on day of screening.
• Phone reservations are available with annual membership ONLY.
• Admission $15.00 (when purchased at the door). So for most everyone I'd anticipate $17.00 per person.
• Cash or check only (Credit card is run only for no-show RSVP's).
My general statement still remains: I can't save seats here at all! I generally get to CUTS around 7:00 and can likely be persuaded to purchase a ticket or two on our members' behalfs (call, text, or leave me a voice mail - Droid[masked] - and we'll talk). I whole heartedly recommend coming here for any flick which you fancy from their schedule on your own! Those who've had an earlier evening spent here I'm sure will attest to what a great venue this truly is. The Garden Cinema has terrifically comfortable zero-gravity chaise lounges (I suggest everyone plan to ask (or online reserve) for seats in the vicinity of 13-16 and 25-28 if they remain), there are some love seat cabanas too, blankets, overhead heaters, the occasional siren going up Washington, in a lot of words ATMOSPHERE - it's outside people, c'mon! See you here!
