SDCV Fiesta Island Time Trial Workout

Want to learn how to ride a Time Trial or just want to improve your speed and fitness?? Come out to Fiesta Island and ride with the Cyclo-Vets Time Trial Coach (Ellen Turkel). We ride a couple of warm-up laps and then the actual workout begins.  The workout varies from week to week. - Expect a good 2 hours of riding time. After a few workouts you should see that improvement in your speed and fitness. Open to all riders.

    We meet across from the restroom(port-o-poty) as soon as you enter the Island. You should see a group of riders(10 - 15) gathering and we get our instructions and roll @8:15. Hope to see you there.

    Good warm-up and then four 3 miles efforts with a 1 mile recovery between each effort. We were reaching speeds of close to 30mph on the tailwind section!!
