Want to learn how to ride a Time Trial or just want to improve your speed and fitness?? Come out to Fiesta Island and ride with the Cyclo-Vets Time Trial Coach (Ellen Turkel). We ride a couple of warm-up laps and then the actual workout begins. The workout varies from week to week. - Expect a good 2 hours of riding time. After a few workouts you should see that improvement in your speed and fitness. Open to all riders.
