North County AngularJS Discussion Group

This month we don't have a formal speaker lined up so we'll be going with an informal Hack/"Open Mic" night. Anyone will be welcome to get up and show off anything they've been working on or are interested in talking about.

We have a guest from the UK, Michal Stefanow, who will show us a couple demos using Firebase and I'll show off some mobile development stuff using Ionic. If anyone else is interested in presenting anything, let me (Scott Mathson) know or just show up with stuff to show off!

The North County AngularJS Discussion Group meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at Walmart Labs in Carlsbad.

The format is an informal group discussion sparked by a quick presentation on an Angular topic by one of our members. Feel free to come with any questions that you'd like to pose to the group. Attendees typically have a wide range of experience with Angular, so please don't be afraid to join us if you are just learning or curious.

"I also have recording and some code" - unfortunately the audio quality is horrific (and I cannot do anything with that). Nevertheless I keep my promise and here we are... SCOTT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=55okrJd82iA ME: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x4B1ca8uEOQ (links mostly for handy future reference) With that said, I have much better version recorded two weeks later in Cambridge, UK: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NIj2ktH9YQc (on this occasion I remembered to record my screen - so you can see the code and hear quality voice)

Thank you guys, I had the whole lot of fun last night :) Slides: http://slides.com/michalstefanow/firebase-and-angular I also have recording and some code... But first things first, enjoying Southern California so much, I'll probably handle technicalities on the plane back to the UK...

I would personally like to hear more about Angular in mobile applications, but other topics are also interesting. What will this months talk be about?

What's the format for this month's meetup Scott? I know we talked about possibly doing a Hack Night?
