San Diego's tech community is growing rapidly, with meetups increasing in number and programmers of all types getting together to learn, hack, and drink beer. Sadly the web community, despite being increasingly dependent on Javascript knowledge to be on the cutting edge, has been lacking a Javascript meetup group to share information about the latest and greatest.

No longer! This group exists to connect people of all skill levels who are working with Javascript, facilitate the flow of knowledge from those who know more to those who know less, and give an arena for sharing all about the latest and greatest javascript thing you just figured out.
