We are meeting in the park side parking lot across from Ace Hardware.
We will be riding up to Cabrillo National Monument, providing the option of 4 mile repeat at the top for those interested. 16 - 24 miles
Run 1-3 miles after the bike ride.
Additional option of doing plyometric, calisthenics, and core exercises with the coach to finish workout.
