Most yoga classes stop at the edge of the mat... Want to gain a better understanding of your body and mind and be inspired off the mat?
Creative Warrior yoga classes use the six movements of the spine, journey sequencing to biologically stimulate creativity and increase self-awareness and self-inquiry. You'll leave class engaged and ready to conquer the world!
The weather forecast will be great for an outdoor yoga class! This is an one-hour class for of all ability levels. Guests of all ages 16+ are welcome as well. Bring your mats! We'll be meeting at Balboa Park near the intersection of Sixth Avenue and Laurel Street. Plenty of street parking will be available. Otherwise, it's okay to park at most meters on Sundays (as posted).
PLEASE NOTE: Out of respect for the Meetup host/hostess and the other attendees, please keep your RSVP current and update it as necessary so we know what your true intentions will be come the day of the Meetup.
