Landry Fuller is a chef, certified holistic health coach and nutrition counselor. She teaches cooking classes that focus on plant-based, organic dishes using only whole foods. She received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Her mission is to help people live happier, healthier lives with better balanced lifestyles and improved nutrition.
In this cooking class, Landry will teach how cancer can be prevented by making smarter food choices including nutrient-rich fruits, vegetables, fiber, herbs and spices. She will prepare easy, flavorful dishes that are full of vitamins and antioxidants to keep your immune system strong and your body healthy. Dishes include:
*Vegetable Parmesan – eggplant, fennel, peppers, tomato sauce, vegan mozzarella, oregano
*Sweet Potato Casserole – sweet potatoes, pineapple, apple, walnuts, cinnamon
