The Raw Harvest

The season brings us a bountiful harvest which sure to inspire many of the dishes prepared in this exciting holiday raw food preparation class with Chef Matthew Purnell. Using the freshest in local, organic and pesticide-free ingredients, you will learn techniques, tips and recipes that will make your friends and family indulge in the holidays without paying with their health. These are 3 different classes with recipes such as: persimmon relish with Flax Crisps, Creamy Cauliflower and Red Pepper Soup, Autumn Spiced Pudding, Persimmon Vinaigrette, Stuffed Squash Blossoms with Herbed Cream Cheese and lots more! Make these delicious creations for the upcoming celebrations to amaze your guests.
