I try to get them to watch the same documentaries I have seen. It worked for me!
To meet other vegans to learn more about doing it right.
I have never felt or looked better. That itself is very motivating.
I have always eaten healthy, but in a high animal protein way. After I say Food Matters and Forks Over Knives and saw all of the data presented....I went vegan.
Plant-based lifestyle started in 2012. I haven't looked back since!
