Want some more sweat in your yoga practice? We're combining yoga with fitness exercises to create a new Cardio Yoga class!
Organized by Brian Bischof, named the “Push-Up Philanthropist” by City Beat magazine, this new yoga format combines yoga poses, fitness exercises and group exercises to make new friends..
Some key facts:
1) ALL donations go to help San Diego at-risk youth ($5 is appreciated)
2) Every fitness level is welcome!
3) After the workout we mingle at a local café to meet new and old friends
