More Information About Yin Yoga:

• Connective tissues respond to steady and gentle movement, by holding poses longer in yin style connective tissues respond by becoming longer and stronger.

• Connective tissue is what surrounds our joints connecting bone to bone, over time without proper stretching this tissue becomes shrink wrapped by short and weak connective tissue. This habitual underuse and unconscious repetitive motions of the joint reduces mobility and range of movement in the joint.

• Yin yoga challenges the body as well as the mind with slow steady and rehabilitative stretching designed to release energy of deeply rooted tension

Let our instructor, Tracy Lynn, know what you are working towards, if you have any requests or questions she is always happy to help. For personal instruction schedule solo sessions at your convenience via[masked] and follow us at http://www.positivemattitude.com
