Yin Yoga By Donation At Wonderful Location near Downtown

Join us for our new Yin Yoga Flow in a beautiful studio located just outside of Little Italy, plenty of meter less parking! If its your first time San Diego VIPS bring a friend to class for their first time for free! Its how we spread the love of affordable yoga!

Every Tuesday at 6:30PM Positive Mattitude Yoga instructor Tracy Lynn leads us in a 75min Yin flow that includes yin, tai chi, and restore styles of yoga. Positive Mattitude Yoga is focuses on alignment, breath, and developing a positive attitude on the mat. We practice the basics for beginners as well as intermediate poses for a well rounded practice. ~ experience Yin yoga like you never have before and if you are new to yoga this class is perfect for easing into yoga practice :)

Some Additional Details For Class:

• Please arrive 5-10 mins early to complete a first time waiver and get settled in

• Recommended Donations $10 per class~ Monthly/Private Lesson Specials Available for SD VIPS Meetup Members, visit Positive Mattitude Yoga's website!

• some community mats are available for your use~ these are limited but free of charge!

More Information About Yin Yoga:

• Connective tissues respond to steady and gentle movement, by holding poses longer in yin style connective tissues respond by becoming longer and stronger.

• Connective tissue is what surrounds our joints connecting bone to bone, over time without proper stretching this tissue becomes shrink wrapped by short and weak connective tissue. This habitual underuse and unconscious repetitive motions of the joint reduces mobility and range of movement in the joint.

• Yin yoga challenges the body as well as the mind with slow steady and rehabilitative stretching designed to release energy of deeply rooted tension
