asana practice

Please join me for asana practice
Bring a mat, a blanket, water and any props you like to use
Please do not eat a meal at least 2 hours before the practice
Practice on the empty stomach is the best
Allow about 1h 45 min

    LadyJoy is an excellent Yogi. She really knows her material, and is a kind and gentle, yet firm instructor. I recommend this class highly.
