You are invited to the San Francisco Bay Chapter Sierra Club Summer Picnic! Whether you're a brand new member or long-time Sierran, join us for a fun and festive potluck. You are welcome to bring friends and family, including children, for whom we encourage you to bring a game to share.
What: A fun and festive potluck picnic
Where: Ohlone Park, in Berkeley, near Hearst and McGee, near North Berkeley BART (map).
When: Friday August 16, 5 – 8 pm
Bring a favorite dish or beverage to share, picnic blankets, and jackets.
In the spirit of minimizing waste, we strongly encourage folks to bring their own reusable plates, utensils, and cups.
Attendees will have the chance to learn about the Bay Chapter’s current conservation efforts.
To walk to the picnic from North Berkeley BART, cross Sacramento Street, and walk two blocks east on Hearst or through the park. By car, from University Avenue, turn north on Sacramento Street. Turn right on Hearst and drive two blocks east.
