Midpen/MROSD Couldn't make the meetings? Vote online NOW

  • December 15, 2013 · 5:00 PM

Vote here: http://imagine.openspace.org/

Voting is open until Dec 31. Tell your biking friends and neighbors.

Mountain bikers were underrepresented at most of these meetings. Help make up the difference by voicing your opinion by voting.

MROSD just completed a series of meetings to get the pulse of the public on which direction it wants Midpen to go. But they are still allowing online voting on the same issues that meeting attendees voted on.

How to vote: It can be confusing.  1) click on a region 2) Look for project titles that have the mutl-use symbol (circle with bike and horse)  3) Go down page and find those regions 3) click on one of the "like" buttons.  Repeat!

The site is not very user-friendly, and the initial ideas are very confusing. However, some people posted some more concrete ideas, some relevant to mountain bikers:

Update: if you have no time to wade through the rest - at least vote on these. Includes an opportunity to vote for access to more single track and add your own ideas. Vote here: Add Your Ideas, Goals and Priorities | Imagine the Future of Open Space by MindMixer

Hi everybody, I am from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and will be in Santa Clara on Dec 31, and since I don't know the area I can't suggest a location however, I would be very happy if someone suggested anywhere close to Santa Clara :)

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
