San Mateo Professional Alliance Networking Lunch

  • Feb 12, 2014 · 12:00 PM

Has Facebook marketing got you confused?

Businesses often struggle to find Facebook fans.

Are you having trouble creating content to post on your Facebook page?

Join the San Mateo Professional Alliance on Wednesday, Feb. 12, where the group will hear from Pat Parkinson, chief propaganda officer for Post Planner.

Parkinson will speak about different Facebook marketing techniques, and how the Post Planner app helps businesses manage their Facebook pages.

He will address the importance of:

·  Posting on Facebook consistently

·  Finding content your fans will engage with and share

·  Targeting the right fans for your page

This discussion will interest you whether you’re new to Facebook and haven’t started a business page yet, or you have thousands of fans and are just looking to pick up a few new tips and tricks.

The event is scheduled Feb. 12 at noon, at Spiedo restaurant, 223 East 4th Ave. in San Mateo.

A former newspaper reporter, Parkinson spent the last three years working at marketing agencies doing mostly content marketing, public relations and social media management. He moved to Pacifica and started working at Post Planner last November.
