My experience includes nearly two decades in the public and private sector designing and managing municipal infrastructure projects including water, wastewater, solid waste, industrial pretreatment and energy efficiency retrofits. My tech interests lie in green infrastructure, particularly in renewable energy power systems and sustainable municipal planning. I conduct research on decentralized, community-scale wind energy both in the US and internationally. Another work area includes incorporating novel technology in the implementation and evaluation of regional green workforce training initiatives in formal and informal higher education programs.
