I'm currently running two projects for an HP Printer Group software spin out; articulating the market opportunity and how to price/package/partner/compete and sell to that opportunity. I specialize in Product Marketing: 1) Market Strategy and Value Proposition 2) Corporate and Business Development 3) Pricing and Competitive programs – strategic skills that most companies lack or fail to execute. In my last four roles, a "C"-level Executive has hired me to create and execute on a cross-company, bet-the-business initiative. In each, I’ve created additional revenue, saved money, or improved customer loyalty. I’m particularly expert in vertical and horizontal market segmentation, articulating a value proposition then pricing and packaging for that segment. One executive said that I could "see the future."
