Tech is going to be with us going forward, and companies need qualified customer service managers to work with clients and staff to obtain solid relationships between the two entities. Happy customers, successful business!
Technical companies or personnel aren't always saavy to customer needs, how can the techies bridge the gap?
I am a Santa Cruz local who wants to meet with business people in our wonderful community. I am a customer service professional who wants to join a local company that values giving their clients top of the line service.
I have mentioned this group to many people and some of them showed up at this week's meeting! Most are out of work like I am, due to lay offs, and are looking for opportunities for employment. I think the presentations are fascinating and always learn something at the meetings.
