An excellent choice for a nature walk. We saw a beautiful Bard Owl, fairly close up.
I'm posting some photos from my animal tracking walk at Broadmoor Audubon reservation in Natick from Jan 26th. It had snowed the night before which made for some terrific animal tracks

What a dummy I am. I didn't RSVP. arrived a bit late and then messed around in my car cuz there was a group of people standing together talking in parking lot who I thought were you. When I got out I found they definitely weren't dog people! so we raced around looking for you and met alot of dogs and people but not your group. Keep me on your list as I will plan better in the future. At least my dogs Piper, Pandora, and Skipper got a good walk and had fun. Hope to meet you soon.

I think you did meet our group, but didn't realize it was us because we weren't "dog people." Personally, I love dogs, but a couple of our members are afraid of them, and some of our other members prefer not to walk with dogs during our nature walks--they can be a distraction sometimes when we are trying to quietly observe wildlife (we got really close to a Barred Owl that day!). Sorry. You're still welcome to join us, but your dogs must remain at home.

I printed out the brochure, but there is no actual map.
There are written directions for getting around the reservation on the brochure.

Is anyone heading out to Wellesley from the Somerville area who would like to carpool?
