Hi there,

I hope everyone had a good break over the Christmas period and have returned all relaxed and ready for action.

You haven't? Well, hopefully the Science Museum can fix that...

There's less than three weeks to go until the first Science Museum Lates event of the year, the excellent night out just for adults, and we'd love for you to come along. January's event takes place on Wednesday 28th between 6.45pm and 10pm and everyone is welcome as long as you're over 18!

This month it's a Japanese themed evening to tie in with our premium exhibition Japan Car; enjoy Japanese DJs, jumbo origami, full kendo demonstrations, and 2 for 1 entry to the new exhibition itself, as well as shameless playtime in the famous interactive gallery Launchpad and authentic Japanese food and drink.

In a nutshell it's free to get in, there's alcohol on tap and you can have a jolly good time.

If you've got any questions let me know, and I'll be on hand throughout the evening Twittering live from the event whenever anything juicy happens (the Science Museum Twitter channel).

As the tagline says: See your evening differently; visit Science Museum Lates.

Regards,

Peer Lawther on behalf of the Science Museum
