It's nearly time for January's Science Museum Lates, our adults-only late night opening where the order of the day is fun (and having a drink with friends). It's this Wednesday evening, in association with Asahi Beer, and everyone (over 18) is welcome!
This month's event has a distinctly Japanese theme as we celebrate the launch of Japan Car: Designs for the Crowded Globe.
We've got Japanese pop DJs, kendo demonstrations, Dance Dance Revolution booths, science talks, 2 for 1 entry to the Japan Car exhibition (your ticket includes a free sample of Asahi) and a host of other Japanese activities, as well as shameless playtime in our famous interactive gallery Launchpad (everyone's highlight of the last Lates).
Entry to the museum is free, we're open from 6.45pm until 10pm and the nearest tube station is South Kensington (District, Circle and Piccadilly lines). I'll be there throughout so if you'd like to say hello I'll be the one with the digital video camera, recording people's thoughts!
If you're on Twitter say hello and remember your camera if you're coming along, so you can post your photos on the Flickr Lates group.
Help banish the credit crunch blues and winter weather misery: visit Science Museum Lates!
