Looks like a fun group to join. Do you try and read books together, kind of like a book club, by chance?

We tried the read a book together with out too much success so now we discuss all forms of current science fiction and fantasy. Kyym
Or we could do a movie night at my place. I have a number of recent sci-fi films on the DVR.

Hi Rachel A movie night sounds good, on a Saturday I belive would be best. This way we could promo it at a meeting and get an exact address and pehaps make it an early time. Let me know your thoughts and we will proceed.

A Saturday in September. Should we pick a specific film ahead of time. I sent you an e-mail that listed a number of films I have on the DVR and DVD.

Sounds like fun. I however, still work Saturday nights, so this leaves me out. Not sure how much longer I will stay on Saturday nights though. I will keep everyone posted.
What about Friday nights?

Barnes and Nobles was nice enough, but how about we meet at my house in September. I have some SF videos and art, etc., that I want to give away. I'm located near 96th & Howard, right off the Beloit exit of the bypass so I'm not too far from Southridge and pretty convenient to get to. We can have snacks so it can be just a bit more fun.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
