Neil Gaiman at Lisner Auditorium

From one of the world's most beloved storytellers #1 New York Times bestselling author Neil Gaiman comes his first adult novel in eight years. Wondrous and imaginative, and at times deeply scary, The Ocean at the End of the Lane captures the very essence of childhood fear and uncertainty.

Neil will sign all copies of The Ocean at the End of the Lane purchased from Politics & Prose and up to TWO additional titles per person (personalized with first names only).

Neil will not pose for photos and flash photography and video are not permitted before, during, or after the discussion and signing.

TICKETS: Tickets are required for this event and may be purchased via the Politics and Prose website.

1 Book and 1 Ticket $40/$32 members
1 Book and 2 Tickets $60/$48 members

LOGISTICS: Seating is general admission; first-come, first-served. Doors open at 6 p.m.

I'll email details on how to find me closer to the date.

    Hi everyone!
We are just a day away from meeting Neil. I will be wearing a t-shirt that says: 'Reality is for those people who can't handle science fiction', and standing near the ticket booth. Please try to arrive before the doors open at 6:00 PM, so that we can all go in as a group. This is a sold out event so holding seats for anyone who is late might be tricky. See you all tomorrow!

PS. We are also looking for someone who will not make use of their second item signed to get a picture of Neil signed for the upcoming 'Can Stop the Serenity' auction.

    Hello Everyone,
Everyone is entitled to getting their book PLUS one extra item signed by Neil at this event. Is there anyone who would be willing to provide their second item slot to have Neil sign an item to be auctioned off at the upcoming Can't Stop The Serenity. The item would be provided to you and I would collect it from you afterwards. And this is also a shameless plug for you all to please consider attending Can't Stop the Serenity.
Thxs, and see you all on Friday.

    Hello Everyone!
A quick reminder that the day we have been waiting for is almost here. Neil will be among us on Friday (yeah!). I will be near the ticket booth with a sign identifying the group. I will be there starting from 5:45. Doors open at 6:00. Please try to be there before 6:00 so we can all go in as a group. Meanwhile, here is a review of Neil's latest courtesy of The Washington Post. See you all in five (5) days. http://www.washingtonpost.com/e...
PS. If any of you can not go, please consider offering your ticket up to the group.

Quick update: This event has sold out. P&P really should have booked a larger venue (it is Neil Gaiman after all). Signed books can still be ordered through Politics and Prose. If anyone has an extra ticket, please let the group know.
