The Baltimore Rock Opera Society presents "MURDERCASTLE"

  • Autograph Playhouse

9 West 25th Street, Baltimore, MD (map)

    39.317730 -76.617561

  • MURDERCASTLE is the latest original rock opera by the Baltimore Rock Opera Society. Set during the 1893 Chicago World's Fair, MURDERCASTLE recounts the disturbing tale of one of America’s first serial killers, H.H. Holmes – the empire he created, and the brutal fate of his victims.

With a musical score ranging from death metal to orchestral strings, BROS will be going back in time for its biggest, darkest, most ambitious show to date.

RUNNING TIME: 2.5 hours including a 20 minute intermission. Street parking should be available within 1-2 blocks of the Autograph Playhouse, and is free after 6 PM.

Concessions will be provided at the show by Mobtown Meat Snacks! If you're in a snacking mood, bring a few extra bucks and enjoy some of Baltimore's finest craft beef jerky and other delectables. (They also sell beer at the shows.)

MURDERCASTLE contains adult themes, gore, and staged violence – like, more so than a typical BROS show. Please use discretion before bringing your children to see MURDERCASTLE. If you have any specific questions about the shows appropriateness, contact us at [masked]

I enjoyed last year's "VALHELLA: The Ragnarøkkoperetta" from the B.R.O.S. and am putting together a Meetup for this year's show "MURDERCASTLE". Admittedly, this is way darker material than last year's musical and not to everyone's taste (possibly even mine). If you are curious about what one of their shows is like, though, you can watch VALHELLA in its entirety here:

I know I am being an utter tool, but you do realize this event is the same day Star Trek Into Darkness comes out? :)

lol..ur not a "tool", but, I believe most of us are going to the Fan Event on the 15th at Tysons, so, Star Trek would have been sorted out and its on to the next venue :)
