Can you confirm that you have read the "About Scottish Hillwalking & Activities Group" section of the website available by clicking on the "Pages" menu option or at http://www.meetup.com/scottish-hillwalkers/about/ ?

Yes

Please give some indication of your walking experience, i.e. total beginner, just local hills, Munros (roughly how many), winter experience, scrambling, foreign trips?

91 munros (not that I'm counting) Some winter walking experience (no winter climbing - too scary and too cold!) Enjoy scrambling with a few classic routes ticked No foreign trips but fancy some sport climbing in France or Spain.

Can you indicate your rock climbing experience (if not relevant please put "None") - i.e. how long have you been climbing, how current are you, types of climbing, rough grades and some idea of equipment held.

Big indoor climbing fan having been introduced to it by the group 4 years ago, lead up to 6c indoors when feeling brave! Attempted leading trad but not for me, very happy to second though when I get the opportunity! Minimal experience with multi-pitch but interested in seconding low grade if I'm feeling brave enough. Trying to get a bit more experience with outdoor sport - currently leading to grade 5.

What kind of walks/climbs would you like to do?

Love any type of walking, particularly interested in munros, scrambling and sport climbing.

Where are your favourite or preferred places for walking/climbing?

Anywhere in Scotland really, particularly love the North West.

Introduction

Hi I'm Tamsin, been hooked on indoor climbing after attending a beginners session with the group 4 years ago. Also a secret munro bagger...
