Can you confirm that you have read the "About Scottish Hillwalking & Activities Group" section of the website available by clicking on the "Pages" menu option or at ?

Please give some indication of your walking experience, i.e. total beginner, just local hills, Munros (roughly how many), winter experience, scrambling, foreign trips?

Completed the Munros, Done 2/3rds of the Corbetts, done over 750 Marilyns, done 6.9 of the 7 summits and have experience of mountaineering in a range of weather conditions (as I am in a mountain rescue team)

Can you indicate your rock climbing experience (if not relevant please put "None") - i.e. how long have you been climbing, how current are you, types of climbing, rough grades and some idea of equipment held.

Not doing much rock climbing at the moment. At my best I was leading VS and have seconded E1. Have good range of kit and my most recent rock climb was the UK's two highest sea stacks out at St Kilda (see

What kind of walks/climbs would you like to do?

Like getting up high into the mountains and grab some summits. Always like going to new places and meeting new people. Like to help people achieve their objectives in the hills too.

Where are your favourite or preferred places for walking/climbing?

All of them, all of the time (except for town/city centres)

Hi I am a keen hill bagger. Am Munroist 3326, thinking about repeating them and now doing Marilyns & Corbetts. Done 6.9 of the 7 summits so far (got to 26,000' on Everest and need to go back to finish the job). Hold a Summer ML & a SPA.
