Can you confirm that you have read the "About Scottish Hillwalking & Activities Group" section of the website available by clicking on the "Pages" menu option or at http://www.meetup.com/scottish-hillwalkers/about/ ?

Yes

Please give some indication of your walking experience, i.e. total beginner, just local hills, Munros (roughly how many), winter experience, scrambling, foreign trips?

Munros, roughly 180 , though probably been up as many again, all the mamores in a day, happy hillwalking in winter, using crampons and ice axe, Pyreneas, Alps, and hut to hut walking in Norway and Austria.

Can you indicate your rock climbing experience (if not relevant please put "None") - i.e. how long have you been climbing, how current are you, types of climbing, rough grades and some idea of equipment held.

Climbing , past two/ three years, currently nursing tendonitis, so resting, mostly indoors, at Ibrox Braehead and bouldering at TCA, climbing to 6A+ at best, very little lead climbing, mostly top roped.

What kind of walks/climbs would you like to do?

Any. From walking, or running with my dog, cavalier king charles spaniel,to doing all the Mamores in a day. mostly like good weather for the views and company, off to the high Atlas in September, here's hoping, :)

Where are your favourite or preferred places for walking/climbing?

Anywhere, ayrshire to the highlands, happy to repeat munros,
