Let's go to a Benefit Scrabble Tournament in Newtown, CT!

Come to a Scrabble Tournament in Newtown for the benefit of the Sandy Hook School Support Fund.  The event takes place at The Inn at Newtown, and their renowned Sunday Brunch is included with the entry fee.  There is a 3-game unrated Newcomers Tournament for players new to tournaments or rated under 1000, plus a 7-game NASPA-rated Main Event for those wanting a longer day.  $45 for the Newcomers Tournament; $70 for the Main Event ($15 discount for first-time players).  Registration from 9:30-10:00 for a 10:00 am start.  NO WALK-INS!  See flyer at http://cross-tables.com/download/2013/09/newtown.pdf

There will also be a benefit raffle during the brunch break.
