Eat, chat, scrap - come on out and meet fellow scrapbookers in your area!

This crop is taking place in the Activity Center again and is a potluck. Coffee, tea, water and a small snack will be provided. The activity center is very basic, but there is room for everyone to spread out.

There's plenty of free parking, and it's centrally located close to Rotary Stadium/Agrifair in Abbotsford.

Cost per Person

I'm sorry ladies, I've had to change this yet again, and I really do expect this to be the last change in price. I really wanted to keep this as close to free as possible and not go up to $5, but it's just taken a few times to work out the kinks. (ie: fluctuating attendance numbers, no shows and a budget that's still in the red...)

$5.00 per person. Please try to bring exact change with you to the crop night.

This is a nominal fee to cover rental costs of the activity center, the meetup site, coffee/tea and misc other one time expenditures to get this group going.

New! Door Prize! As long as there's enough people, we'll have a door prize at each crop night. Value will be relative to the number of scrappers in attendance. More people = a bigger & better prize! I've had one to give away at the first two crop nights, but just could not squeeze it into the budget.

Potluck & Beverages:

- Everyone bring a dish to share, and we'll start posting who's bringing what in the week before.
- If you enjoy a glass of wine or cider etc while you scrapbook, then it's BYOB. The activity center provides nothing in the glassware department, so keep that in mind if you are bringing a beverage.

Cricut:

- I will be bringing mine, and everyone is welcome to use it & the cartridges, as well as bring your own cartridges to use. However, you will need to bring your own 6"x12" cutting mat - I will have a few extras on hand available for purchase. ($6.75 - no tax)

Music:

The radio seems to be working so far!

BYOC and BYOGC:

Remember how this is supposed to be as free as possible? That means BYOC and BYOGC.

- BYOC: Bring your own cup. If you have your own thermal coffee cup, bring it. The activity center doesn't supply any. There will be a few disposables on hand - but they are tiny!

- BYOGC:Bring your own garbage can. There will be community gift/garbage bags on the tables. If you like to have your own - bring it.

Seating:

If you there's a friend or two you want to be seated beside, let me know so you can be seated together. Otherwise, seating arrangements will be made at random.

Evening Schedule: there really isn't one. This is basic and simple!

Official start time is 5pm. If you want to come earlier, I'll be there doing setting up. Official end time is....late.

If there's anyone new, we'll do a round of introductions as everyone arrives, eat when we feel like it, and get onto some scrapping!
